Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance for our venue?
Yes. We carry full liability insurance and can issue a COI in the name(s) your venue and your company require — usually within one business day. W-9s are available on request.
Can the booth be branded with our logo and event campaign?
Absolutely. We design custom print templates, digital overlays, and themed backdrops to match your campaign or brand standards. Send us your logo and brand guide and we'll send a proof for approval before the event.
Do you offer lead capture or email collection at the booth?
Yes — we can collect attendee email or SMS before delivering the photo or video, with consent language you approve, and export the leads to your team after the event.
Which booth is best for a brand activation or trade show?
Most marketing teams pick the 360 PRO video booth (highest engagement, share-ready clips), the AI photo booth (themed portraits aligned with your campaign), or an open-air booth with a branded backdrop. We'll recommend the right fit once we know your goals and footprint.
How early do you arrive for a corporate event?
Standard setup is 1 hour before guest arrival. For complex activations or restricted-access venues we arrive earlier and coordinate load-in with your venue contact in advance.
Do you handle out-of-state or multi-day corporate events?
Yes. We regularly travel for multi-day conferences and brand tours throughout New England, and we can coordinate the right team and equipment for events outside the region.
